Concept designs and drawings based on clients standards

Taking a raw concept from a sketch or a basic idea and turning it into a reality for a client. From the first meeting, our team works collaboratively with our clients to understand their requirements and see their vision.

Tender/Bid projects to provide best pricing for our clients

Prepare general specifications to enable competitive tender/bid by suitable contractors. Adjudicate tender/bid returns and provide recommendations.

Coordinate and negotiate all vendor packages and budgets

Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best price and delivery schedule. Bids from several suppliers may be solicited prior to making a decision.

Schedule projects and coordinate construction

Comprehensive project schedules will identify all of the project's stages, phases, and activities assigned to each team member mapping them to a timeline that measures key dates that are used to keep track of construction progress.

Obtain final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy

A certificate of occupancy is issued pursuant to a building permit for new construction, additions, and changes of occupancy after all the necessary construction has been approved by the inspector.

Project budgets, actual costs and approved change orders

Actual versus budgeted project revenue and expense. Facilitating timely and accurate billing and collections. Tracking and managing the profitability of projects and related change orders.
